The exhibition will be open every Sunday from 1 to 4pm through September featuring:

Historical photos and artifacts that connect the Fire Department to legendary Tuxedo residents, whose families, for generations, have been the backbone of this volunteer service. 

Vintage and contemporary photos of memorable local fires and accidents.

You will learn how the original Tuxedo Park Fire Department is now Co. 1 of the Tuxedo Joint Fire District, which includes Sterling Forest Volunteer Fire Company/Company 2 and Eagle Valley Volunteer Fire  Company/Company 3, serving Tuxedo Park, Town of Tuxedo, parts of Harriman State Park, 13 miles on the New York Thruway, providing mutual aid to neighboring towns, and supporting New York State efforts to fight major forest fires.
